Their services help to build solutions around individual needs by increasing community inclusion. The site focuses on helping individuals with disabilities “get in the community” with community services, discover independence, and make dreams come true. Community Services for the Developmentally Disabled offers numerous links to programs to support inclusion in the community for individuals with disabilities.
I personally loved how easy to access this site was for viewers. It offers great resources to increase community involvement and also shares some incredible success stories.
